1. Administer oaths or affirmations. Fee $10 a stamp plus $15 travel.

2. Take acknowledgments. Fee $10 a stamp plus $15 travel.

3. Attest to photocopies of certain documents. Fee $10 a stamp plus $15 travel.

4. Solemnize marriage. Fee $30 plus $15 travel. (We no longer conduct marriage sermonizes). 

5. Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs). Fee $25.

6. Certify the contents of a safe-deposit box. Fee $50.

7. Closing Documents. Fee $150 for buyer and $150 for seller.

8. Power of Attorney (POA) Fee $50.

9. Living Wills Fee $50.

10. Trusts Fee $50.
11. Deed Fee $50.
